We're aiming to avoid a monthly subscription for your page and inbox. Sponsorships may help cover costs; when built-in payments ship, we expect a modest fee on those transactions only—not a standing monthly charge. We'll publish clear pricing before anything goes live.
No. They open your link, submit a request, and we reach them by email. Returning clients use the secure link we send. There's no signup wall on your public page.
For now, keep using Swish, bank transfer, or in-studio payments. Card deposits inside Bokat are planned. When they launch, we expect a small fee on those payments—not a monthly bill from us. Your price with the client stays between you and them.
Yes. Your link is your own (bokat.app/yourname)—use it in your bio, website, or email. You can still record bookings in your studio's system if you need to.
They get a short email that you can't take the project right now. You can add a note if you want—to suggest another artist or explain timing.
